The History of Omicron Epsilon
One day long time friends Matt and Guy went to the liquor store and purchased for themselves a couple 40 ounce bottles of Olde English 800 malt liquor, to some its now alcoholic honey. Matt and Guys life was changed forever. That night they consumed those "forties" and everything was good. Their friendship and brotherhood became even stronger.
There was one member of the Alpha chapter who did not attend UMCP but instead he attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, a really shitty boring college. That man goes by the name of James Gross and he would soon begin to expose UMBC to the OE brotherhood. Again the infectious way of the 40 ccaught hold of some of his college friends and the Beta Chapter, Alpha class of OE was born during a time of hardship and turmoil. When the dust cleared only half of the Alpha class was left at UMBC to continue the OE tradition. They put forth the most valiant and honorable effort. Soon weekly OE Friday in 512 parties would give OE the exposure that it needed while also breathing some life into a lifeless UMBC campus. Brother Marcin Stanczk began recruiting numbers of honorable individuals, mostly women, to come to these parties and see what OE was all about. Several new members were initiated into OE then. The Beta class of OE, a predominately female class, was born. With the Fall 2002 semester approaching there is no telling where OE will go from here. The history of OE is now. It is still a young and growing society and is yet to experience its true glory days. This is how it began and the sky is the limit for its future. Are you ready for OE? Home | History
