Later that night, David goes over to the apartment to see Chris, something he had forgotten about homework and he wanted to use her computer. He stands in the hall way knocking on the door but noone answers. The sterio can be heard so he figures that they can't hear him knocking so he walks in. The living room is dark, the curtins pulled shut and all the funiture gone as if they had moved. The only thing left is the cabnet with the sterio and TV. David walks down the hall looking and calling out for the girls, he comes to Chris's room and looks in, not believing what he sees, he shuts the door and runs to Lori's room and swings the door wide open looking in, and again, he gasps for air from shock of the view. Not sure what is going on, he leaves suddenly and goes back to get John. Reaching the house, David runs inside out of breath and screaming in a state of panick.

John...John...JOOHHNN!!

What? John asks as he steps out the bathroom.

Oh man....you..have..to..go look. David tells him between breaths.

Calm down and get your breath dude...go look where..and where have you been?

Damn it man..I told you where I was going.....and theres shit going on you won't believe. David tells him.

Well I just talked with Chris and she said you haven't even been to their place yet and she's waiting for you.

Man..I'm telling you..I've been there and it ain't a pretty sight. David trys to get John to believe him.

I know the place is probably a pig pin if I am right, those two never could keep a place clean.

John..please..just come with me over there. David pleads with him.

Ok..damn..if you wanted someone to walk with you, you should have just asked instead of coming up with a crock of shit dude. John smiles and says.

David sighs and grabs John by the shirt and walks out pulling him with him. They head to the apartment in the dark, quickly. John watches David and starts to think he may have seen something, John knows David doesn't frighten that easly and this time, the boy is scared shitless. Finaly they reach the girls place, and John stands there waiting for David to knock on the door, David looks at John and asks him to knock.

You brought me here to show me something..so knock dude. John tells him.

Oh..ok..David reaches for the door to knock, his hand shakes and his face turns pale. Suddenly, the door opens and Chris is standing there looking at them, a smile on her lips as if she is glad to see them.

I didn't expect to see you both..I just talked with you John..you said David was on his way here.

I know, but he came back and asked me to come with him.

Good..come on in you two and have a seat.

Chris opens the door wider letting them both past her, John pushes David in which was reluctent to go first. David looks around and so does John, the place looks normal for the way the girls keep house. John chuckles to him self and leans close to David whispers in his ear.

So..what was so bad that it scared the hell out of you..its just as I said it would be.

David stands there in shock, then rubs his eyes. Man..I tell you..this is not the same place I seen just a few minutes ago.

John shrugs and sits down. Chris walks by David and asks if he feels ok. David swollows hard and nods his head.

Good..have a seat..Lori will be out in a second.

Don't mind him..I think Dave ate something that may have upset his fragile stomac again.

Why do you think that? Chris asks.

He thinks he seens something and it scared the hell out of him.

What did you see David? Chris asked him.

Again..David swollows hard and shrugs his shoulders. It was nothing..don't worry.

If you say so. Chris smiles and sits down on the floor.

Lori comes out of her room and smiles at everyone. She looks as if she had been asleep, her hair a mess and cloths wrinkled. She goes to the kitchen and opens the frig to see what she can fix herself to eat. After a few minutes, she comes from the kitchen with four bottles of beer and hands one to each person. David gets what he needed for his homework and they all sit and talk for awhile. John then gets up and walks into the kitchen to get something to eat, he opens the frig and looks in the shuts the frig suddenly. John walks back into the living room and looks at David.
