If you think you have something worthwhile that you wrote when you were in class, I would put it up if I were you. You never know who might find it amusing...A family member, a friend, someone looking for some info on the subject. Just don't plagiarize me!
There was a paper I wrote in college (ca. 1995) that I put on the web in 1996 and forgot about. A few years later I found that it had been cited by a textbook! I better think carefully about what I put on the internet (I obsess about putting only truth up for all to see as it is).
