This is a Sister Site with "Operation Overlord - D-Day: June 6th, 1944"
INTRODUCTION
Omaha Beach  is one of the many Allied landing beaches set for the D-Day invasion. This site is all to do with Omaha Beach - The most heavily defended beach out of all and it took the most American lives out of both the American landing beaches; Omaha and Utah.
This site will only show links to other sites about the topic you want. It delve deeply into the actual invasion, but it's sister site does. For infomation on the entire invasion go to www.geocities.com/zoshkin/ or click on this
link.
I recomend going to that site first if you know nothing, or very little, or even know most things about the invasion. But be sure to visit this site again as i will update it frequently.
NEWS
I have just begun this site as an extra from the Omaha page on my other site because there is just way to much info on Omaha and if I put it on one site, along with all the other stuff it would be mixxed and I would have so much.... umm well, you get the picture. I have just bought Medal of Honor: (or Medal of Honour, as us Australians spell it) Frontline. It's brilliant! I suggest that you, or anyone interested in World War Two to by it. The first few levels are all to do with the attack at Omaha Beach during the D-Day invasion of Normandy. It's brilliant. Anyway, nothing much else to say here.

The American Cemetry That Stands Above Omaha Beach Is Prestine. Rows of Hundreds of White, Spotless Crosses Pay a Tribute to The MAny Men Who Fought and Died on Omaha Beach, Aswell as Paying Tribut to Men That Are still With us Today, Who are Decreasing Dramatically in Numbers.

Omaha Beach Today
I am, one day, going to create a page labled "Omaha Beach Today". Once I take a trip to Normandy. France, I will take many photos of Omaha Beach, and many other things relating to D-Day (such as Ste. Mere-Eglise etc.).
