Placing Orders:
(1) Please provide the following information.

1. Phone number. If there's a problem filling the order, it's quicker to call you than to write.

2. Name and address. If your address is a P.O. Box, please give street address too, in case UPS is the best way to ship. (Include SHIP TO: address, if different from yours.)

3. List the items to be ordered. Include the name of recording, quantity, and price. Calculate the total, and add $2.00 for normal delivery,�

All orders must be paid at time of order by credit card or check or money order:

You may return any items for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of receipt of purchase - except goods damaged by customer. Please include instructions about what should be done - exchange, credit, or refund.
Return in such a way that the package can be tracked. Olympia's Daughters assumes responsibility for items only upon receipt of them.
Delivery Time:
Orders are ordinarily shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order, through the U.S Postal System. Delivery time varies. When placing order, allow 10-14 days to receive recordings. Exceptions: Out of stock items may
take longer.��

Rush Orders:
Sorry, but we are not equipped to provide delivery within 24 hours of placing order. You may request, at your expense, Priority or Overnight delivery.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

1. Shipping and handling on all orders - $2.00 per recording or t-shirt ordered

2. Delivery via US Postal service first class.

3. Delivery via Overnight - available on request $11.75 + packaging
