| New Technology is being installed on the particle beam transporter of all USS starships. The new technology consists of a descrambler and dna memory capacitor, which keeps a concise map of all matter when beamed or transported. The particle beam transporter works like a food synthesizer where it can reconstruct matter to a specific pattern through computer memory logs. A person transported can be injured on a mission and when transported his matter can be rearranged to the same configuration as stored on the partical beam transporter device memory. Which in theory can reverse the aging process and heal any wounds or revive the dead. The only drawback of the process is that all knowledge and memory is lost since the last dna mapping. A version is now being tested is the reassembly of matter to the mapped pattern which leaves the brain cells unchanged, which in theory would not desturb mental capacity or memory.
