1. Hardware:

The chat engine will be running on a TomCat server hosted by DFCS

Workstations installed and networked

Users' PCs with Internet connection enabled

2. Software:

A JSP chat engine called jChatBox is used for the chat session

Javascripts will be used to implement the add-ons

HTML will be used to embed the Javascripts

3. Research:

Online research (searching various JSP web sites for add-ons)

Book research (reading JSP and Javascript books for add-ons

Internal study (reading books to learn more about JSP & Javascript)
