Dear Mr. Pasto:

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to assist you in completing your company�s chat engine. We plan to complete this chat engine�s front-end using Java Server Pages (JSP), Javasript, and HTML. Upon completion, the chat engine shall be able to carry out its basic functions as those of a chat engine.

Furthermore, we also plan to add several functionalities to the chat engine. The first functionality will create a front-end customized to the client's identity. The second functionality will allow users to change text and background colors. The third functionality will allow users to change text fonts. The fourth functionality will allow the administrator and users to add themselves to a listbox. The fifth functionality will allow the administrator to remove users from the listbox. The last functionality will include a help page to assist users in using the chat engine.

This chat engine will be running on a JSP server using TomCat with workstations installed and networked.

The resulting system will be a prototype for demonstration purposes only, and not a guarantee of an operational system. We look forward to working with you.
