Our Lady of Mount Carmel Home of the Cougars Women's Varsity Softball The women's softball team competes in the IAAM against schools such as Baltimore Lutheran, Friends, Maryvale, Notre Dame Prep and Bryn Mawr. Try-outs begin in early March and the season concludes in mid-May. The Cougars call Stemmers Run Middle School Home. The team also has access to the schools indoor batting cage during inclement weather. The Cougars are coached by Ms. Heather Monroe, who was a four year starter at catcher for North Little Rock HS in Little Rock, Arkansas.
