School Services and Facilities
Request of any of the facilities is channeled through
the Student Affairs Office for coordination/approval of the head of
offices concerned. These requests should be received at least five (5)
days before the intended activity.
Those who avail of these campus facilities and equipment are held
responsible for the proper use, upkeep and cleanliness of such
facilities and equipment during and immediately after their use. Any
individual or group who fails to meet these requirements will be held
liable and accordingly penalized.
