Well done, you've reached
The Mystery Food
This section of my site is dedicated to the most wonderful foodstuff ever. The mystery food in question is pink, oval and damn tasty (especially as a fritter). It is, of course, SPAM.
SPAM was launched in 1937 at Austin, Minnesota and was named SPAM because it is SPicy hAM. Clever, ehh. It is, and always has been, made by a company called Hormel Foods and now has five, count em FIVE, varieties. Theres original (and the best), oven roasted turkey, smoke flavoured, lite and less sodium. And if that wasnt enough you can also buy mouse mats, t-shirts, hats and even a SPAM scented candle. SPAM also has its own museum and website (www.SPAM.com). There are also several songs in tribute to SPAM including Save Ferris SPAM and Monty Pythons SPAM song
(right click and save target as to save the MP3 files).
Save Ferris - SPAM

Monty Python - The SPAM Song
So you see SPAM has quite a big following. Have you ever tried SPAM, no, well go to your local supermarket and buy some now. "But what do I do with it?" I hear you ask. Here's what to do with it.

SPAM Grilled Cheese Heroes

SPAM and Potato Casserole

So if you've never tried SPAM then go out and try it now, I urge you too. It is most definitely the food of kings.

SPAM, you know you want too.
