SPAM and Potato Casserole
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 (16-ounce) cans whole potatoes drained and sliced or 2 cups sliced boiled potatoes
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 SPAM� Classic (12-ounce) can cubed
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Directions
Heat oven to 400�F. In large bowl, combine soup, water, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and cheese. Stir in potatoes, peas, and SPAM�. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot.
