Red
Olives:
Splendid
little orb,
Round and glis'nin in the sun,
The food of the gods.
-ancient Japanese Haiku

The
truth is, I have never tried a red olive in my life.
In fact, I don't even know if they exist, but I found this
picture (I mean, stole it) and it looks kinda red. Could
be brown, but I think its red. I hope you can just pretend
that I am right. |

Okay, these are more green than red, but
there is some red. You cannot deny it. So, these
are red olives growing on a branch. They represent peace,
unlike figs which represent sex.
Red
is the color of Communism. Thus a red olive branch is
the purest form of peace, for Communism is the zenith of civilized
social structures. Praise the people. Praise the
red olive. |
