| About me |
My name is Olga, but I prefer when the people call me Olia because it sounds much better for me. I was born on the 7th of November in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, Russia in 1977. For those who do not know Russian history very well :-)) I would like to inform that on this very day only in 1917 the Great October Revolution took place which changed the lives of many people. After school I entered the Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical University but not because my dream was to become a teacher. No. I wanted to study languages and this University was the only possibility for me and for many others. So now I can speak English and German. A year before my graduation I started to work at school as a teacher of English but, honestly, I did not like it so much as I think I am not a school teacher by nature :-). I had worked there for two years. While studying at the University I also worked as an interpreter for some American Baptists and once even interpreted at the Baptist Conference. It was a very good practice for me. Now I am living and studying in Graz, Austria, Europe. I like it here - beautiful nature, nice people ... but I am missing my mama, my relatives and my close friends ... |
