Instructions:

1) Download and read README.TXT and WBMOD.TXT
2) Unzip WBINSTL1.ZIP to your quake directory and run WBINSTL1.EXE
3) Run WB.BAT
4) for a demo of all features, run option #1 at the menu. (WB POWER CONFIG) and try hitting some keys..
