At this time I cant release WBMOD v3.1 (WBINSTL2.EXE)
Because it contains redone ID levels, and I would be
in violation of ID's Copyrights.  

I will release a lite version of v3.1 sometime soon. 
(Without the levels)

Patch_wb.exe is a fixed version of wbmod.exe for W95
Its included in wbinstl1.exe so dont need it unless you
get a VR_Exit error when running wbmod.exe
