History
Dana Breitenstein started OPY in 2001 as a simple class for friends but it has since evolved to reflect her personal belief that a charitable lifestyle is easily within our reach and that we can make a profound difference in the lives of this planet.

Instructor Profiles
Dana Breitenstein, as you have seen, likes to practice yoga on mountain peaks as much as possible, so it is only natural her class is called Old Peak Yoga. Dana's teaching style focuses on developing strength, agility and confidence in students of all levels, especially beginners. Dana began her yoga practice in New York City in 1997, and was quickly hooked when she realized yoga's strengthening and stress relieving benefits. After receiving her teaching certificate, Dana taught in NYC, before moving to San Francisco and then Hong Kong, where Old Peak Yoga was born. Her biggest claim to fame, in addition to her sun salutation series, is her 'Mexican Sushi' which is an Old Peak Yoga Peace Party delicacy.

Lei, Dana, Andrew, Ana - on Andrew's last night in Hong KongAna Sanchez Rollon, originally from Spain, is a beautiful citizen of the world embracing everyone she meets with her passion for life and yoga. She has been practicing yoga for 'as long as she can remember'...which is obvious to anyone who has the pleasure to attend one of her classes. Ana teaches a modern, dynamic distillation of traditional hatha yoga where she gives enthusiasm, joy and warmth to each one of her students. She has practiced yoga in Spain, England, China, India and now Hong Kong and is famous for her 'partner poses' which are not only heaps of fun, but make one realize that what at first may seem impossible, can quickly become a reality!
