Mews! My name is Conor Dalton and I was twelve years ago in Hampton
Roads, VA with my sisfur, Bridget. It was a bitterly cold day when
meowmie came to get me and Bridget. It was December 5th and we were
two months old. Meowmie's first words were, "They're so tiny!" We3
came home with her and, of course, she had a party to show us off.

I've had a fairly uneventful life..good food, warm home and a lot of
love from my meowmie. Efury year I went and got a check up and my teeth
cleaned and am always admired by efuryone at the vet's office. There
aren't a lot of Siamese kitties in Northern Virginia so I was (and am) something
of a celebrity.

I used to be more active than I am now...I would jump to the top of
the bathroom door and balance there until meowmie got worried and would
climb up and get me down. And when I was little, I fell from the top
landing of the stairs...meowmie rushed down the stairs in a panic and
there I was, just sitting there as calm as could be. Silly meowmie.

When meowmie got online, we both joined CLAW and met some wonderfur
kitties and their meowmies. We were sad when it closed.

I've always been healthy so when I started behaving oddly about a year
and a half ago, meowmie got worried. I would walk and then just fall
down. She took me to the vet's and could find no reason for it, so
they called it "Idiopathic vestibular syndrome"...a very long name for
falling down! Anyway, they gave me prednisone and I got better. Then
something very sad happened...my sisfur Bridget became very ill and
passed to the Rainbow Bridge. It was a terrible sad time for all of us.
I missed her terribly...we were littermates and had never been apart.
I howled my grief.

Meowmie decided I shouldn't be alone so about a month later she adopted
this strange kitty...an "ex-con?" Apparently there had been a prison
a few miles away and the prisoners had been allowed to have kitties, but
then they decided to close the prison and the kitties couldn't go.
Anyway that's where my sisfur Annie came from...we had a difficult few
months, but it's been a year since she came and we have reached what
meowmie calls an "accomodation." This must mean my sisfur chases me and
I run...all in all she's been good for me as I am no longer a chubby kitty
and I get my exercise. I am anticipating a long life being chased by
Annie.

Meanwhile, my sisfur Annie and I have joined the new CLAW and
are furry much enjoying the activities there. ANd we have met many
new furriends, MGD, BlackJack, Bubba and Tabitha and, of course, the
Brewer gang.

Thank mew for this opportunity to tell mew a little about myself.

Conor
