The glass ginger beer bottle was bought into action during the 1930s as an alternative to the old stone bottles.
There are around 15 to 20 glass ginger beers embossed with South Australian company names. The beverage had started to loose it's popularity.
This extraordinary beverage enjoyed a popular run in SA which commenced in the 1840s and never let up.
