Arches National Park, Utah
Wind and precipitation wear down soft layers of rock under a harder layer of rock. In north-western Utah, this must be where the rock layers are just right for the erosion to occur.

Most arches have a single opening but the one to the right has three!
This feature is just like the tent rocks in New Mexico where a harder rock on top packs down the softer rock below. All of the softer rock not under the harder rock erodes away.
Delicate Arch is the one featured on most Arches National Park literature.
