After the NASCAR race finished the track was re-opened for practice. After running two races of high downforce magnet cars, the low downforce of the AFX MT chassis took some getting used to...a feat that seemed easier for some.

This class is just plain fun. Cars are AFX magna-traction with stock hard bodies, although bodies may have windows removed and may be lightened. Armatures are restricted to either red or green lam (no rewinds, dewinds, etc..) and stock magnets are required. Any front and rear tire combination may be used along with a number of other legal modifications. Finding the right setup for these cars is critical to getting fast lap times.
