To
allow for some practice under race conditions it was decided that the SG+ indy
cars would be run first. These cars are basically stock SG's with rear rim/tire
changes and either a stock or Tomy Turbo crown gear.
5 racers competed in the open wheel SG+ support race. Shows
left to right are: Ed's Mobil 1, Steve's Amerimax, Neil's Pennzoil, and Gille's
Valvoline 'WASP'. Missing from the photo is Bob's Canon Renault
