Phoebe found out she was pregnant the SAME day that she had the embryos implanted in her uterus.
From what I've read, you can't take a pregnancy test for two weeks!

Rachel tried everything to get the ink off her face in Vegas without any luck. The next morning it magically disappeared.
When Joey, Monica & Phoebe were speculating about who the father of Rachel's baby might be, Joey said that he had a sweater belonging to a guy that Rachel had a one night stand with but that he never saw the guy. Later, when we see the flashback to that night Joey is talking to Ross earlier in the evening and Ross is wearing the sweater. Wouldn't Joey have remembered that Ross was wearing the sweater the night before?
