Buenos Aires(Metrovias S.A.): no hay rampas para sillas de ruedas, en 2001 yo reclame a la compañia y a la CNRT(ACTNRTA 32938/2001)sin una respuesta favorable, asimismo en este barrio industrial no hay controles ambientales, actividad fabril clandestina, seguridad industrial, riesgo de fuego etc., por parte de la corrupta Municipalidad de Gral. San Martin.
De enero a junio de 2004 la compañia construyo la nueva y moderna estacion con rampas para discapacitados de concreto. Muchas gracias a Internet.

Mis denuncias sin una respuesta favorable acerca de actividad industrial clandestina, ruidos molestos, vibraciones y electricidad clandestina, Indalecio Gomez 4195/97/99(incendiado el 22.9.2004, mi vida estuvo en riesgo) Villa Lynch prov. Buenos Aires: expedientes MGSM 16732-P-97, 2283-S-2001, 3212-H-2001, ENRE 118769/2001(Edenor S.A.): causa judicial 180057 UFI 7(15.9.2001), archivada el 25.03.2002 sin una investigacion satisfactoria.
En todos los casos sufri insultos y amenazas.
Acerca de la fabrica clandestina incendiada el 22 de septiembre de 2004(tambien oficina politica de Ricardo Ivoskus y Carlos Biglieri), presente una denuncia penal el 28 de septiembre de 2004 en los Tribunales de Gral. San Martin para ivestigar la presunta intencionalidad del incendio para cobrar el seguro, causa judicial 388360, 387846 UFI 10
El 9.11.2004 testifique en la causa que sera archivada sin una investigacion seria y satisfactoria, basada solamente en la pericia de los Bomberos Voluntarios de Gral. San Martin, no judicial y anterior a mi denuncia.
¡Juicio y castigo al Intendente Ricardo Ivoskus, al ex concejal Carlos Biglieri(nacido en Villa Lynch), a Roberto Acquafresca dueño del galpon y a todos los Intendentes desde el gobierno del ex Presidente Ricardo Alfonsin!
