Q: What is a VST Plugin?

A: A VST plugin is a add-on program for any other host program that support VST's (Fruity Loops, Cubase..)The Two main Types of VST's are Virtual Sound Modules (VSTi), and Virtual FX Processors. VST's are the digital equivilent to a hardware rackmount synth, drum machine, sampler or processor.
