Limited Warranty: Oconee Creative Playscapes warrants
all playsets to the original retail purchaser for TWO YEARS from date of
purchase and we will repair or replace, at our option, any part which is
defective due to materials or workmanship. In addition, all pressure
treated wood parts are under warranty for a period of FIVE YEARS against
damage from rot, termites or infestation. If the playset was installed
by the company, such repairs or replacements shall be performed at the
purchaser's location free for a period of two years. If the merchandise
was installed by the Purchaser, the defective part must be returned to
the Company for replacement or a service fee will be charged to cover the
labor for such on-site repairs or replacements. All warranty requests
must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. The customer holds
Oconee Creative Playscapes free of all liability for altered pieces, improper
supervision, acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance
or repair of equipment. Sealer application is suggested maintenance
on Oconee Creative Playscapes play products and should be applied every
year to retain integrity and the natural beauty of the wood. Surface
cracks may appear in the wood and are a natural characteristic of wood,
and therefore are specifically excluded from this warranty. This
warranty covers all pieces of play equipment. This warranty excludes
all consequential or incidental damages.
