| If you are traveling for the holidays and are planning to be away for more than 7 days, please let the leasing office know. Keep in mind, in the event of a maintenance emergency, we may need to enter your apartment while your away. If you have a housesitter, let us know that too and dont forget to advise them of our guest parking policy. PARKING: If you have visitors at any time please do not forget to advise them of our parking policy. There are now 2 visitor parking areas in the community and they are clearly marked by signs. You MUST be parked WITHIN those signs or you will be towed at your expense. Otherwise, you must have your parking sticker clearly visible in your vehicle window. |
