Scotts Head is an area surrounded by beautiful beaches, amazing rainforest, and many other man made attractions. Positioned on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, mid way between Bribane and Sydney Scotts is an ideal spot for that holiday getaway, with its easy going atmosphere and it's romantic beaches, it is suitable for the family, or a perfect getaway from the city. Scotts not only has these qualities, but it also boasts one of the best fishing, and surfing spots in the region.

Yarrahapinni Lookout and Way Way Forest only 5 mins from Scotts Head is the ideal spot for a picnic or BBQ at the beautiful Pines. Or for just those that wish to walk along the track in the luscious rainforest.

Taylors Arm The Pub with No Beer

To the north Dorrigo National Park on the way you pass through Bellingen township which has a heritage listing, interesting shops and many places to stop for a coffee break and look at the various craft shops.

For the boating enthusiast Coffs Harbour to the north allows for chartering of vessels, to the south South West Rocks. If you have your own boat there are launching venues at Scotts Head, for Deep Sea or Estuary Fishing at Warrell Creek.

Sporting Activities range from Tennis, Golf, Bowls, to just leisurely walking along 14kms of unspoilt beach at Scotts Head. For the Surf goers, Surfing at the Point at Main Beach or at various breaks along the beach, Little Beach is also ideal for board riders. For the swimmers, Main Beach at the southern end The Bay is ideally suited as it is patrolled in Summer School Holidays and weekends during the summer season. A great family spot.

For the little ones Coffs Harbour has the Pet Porpoise Pool where the kids can get close the animals. Big Bannana just north of Coffs, Coff Harbour Zoo.
