Well, my name is Rebecca, I'm married and I have a 5 year old daughter who is amazing..course, I would say that, being proud mom and all =p. I got into working on this website many years ago, and it's went through lots of changes, stages and improvements over the years. I usually try to do everything myself, but I got really lazy, so I found this cool template and made the graphic and well, here it is!
I started playing everquest in 2000, and just recently stopped playing. Dunno yet if I'm gonna start playing again, time will tell I guess. Anyway, I saw the cool stuff people were doing with screenshots, and wondered if I could do that. I got Paint Shop Pro 7 for Christmas one year, and really amazed myself. I've always wanted to be creative and artistic, but never really explored it or thought I was 'good enough' to do anything with it. It's still a HUGE learning process, I'm playing with Photoshop CS now, and I finally FINALLY got a Wacom!!!! Now, let me say this, if you like to do graphics on the puter, TABLETS ARE THE BOMB!! (Ok, spaz moment over) I'm planning on adding Paint Shop Pro 9 to my arsenal too sometime soon, it's a really great program and has some nifty features that just aren't in Photoshop.
So, if you can't tell by now, I tend to ramble alot. Never figured it huh! *LOL* Let's see...oh yeah, my job! I am a nurses aide at the moment, I work for hospice. I used to work in long term care, and the difference and the adjustment has been really hard. I'm used to doing all I can to help someone get as well as they can, not helping them die in peace and comfort. This is gonna take alot of getting used to. My overall plan is to go on and bite the bullet and get my LPN next year once my daughter starts school. Plan hell, I WILL GO TO SCHOOL! <--new mantra.
Hrm what else, I am a total music head,I mess around a little with bass, played flute all through school...stuff like that. <3 <3 <3 my music. Current favorites? Glad you asked!
