Some day, it was nearly 3 o�clock in the morning I was driving exactly 70 km/h, 70 were allowed on that street. I noticed a policecar, with turning bluelights, approaching my rear.
They stopped me, asked my the same boring things as the other officer did. Bored I answered evry one. I couldn�t trust my eyes, as they were unpacking mega lights as you know from football stadiums. 4 of those big lights, one on each corner of my car.
One of the two officers asked me "Whats under the hood?"
A little bit confused I answered "An engine?"
Well that�s the truth, he asked me that question. The police looking after right and order, but they don�t know that a car does have an engine *smile*
The sence behind that question was a very simple one. He wanted to know if there�s an other engine built in, a not allowed one !
He was very pleased as he saw the 16V engine, me too *g*
Strange thing�s are happening........to GTIs *lol*
They two didn�t say a word about my other mods.......that were very freindly officers....*g*
But now back to my cute tractor......
In the beginning it was a very big difference for my driving this, new car, compared to my old one. Less power :-( but many other positive aspects i found.
Every time, when I�m looking at the tank-needle, a very big smile comes up my face.
The GTI drunk nearly 15 liters per 100km. The TDI compared to that, only 5.5 !!!
An other very fantastic thing is, that I now know, that whenever I want to drive somewhere, my car will start, the engine won�t fail.
It�s a feeling of security and pleasure. I know that wehn I�m turning the key in the lock, it�ll bring me to the destination I want to !!!

I modified that car just a little bit right now. In the front I�ve removed the big VW emblem.
The frontlights where changed against lights from the golf 4.
Further on, I took an "badlook" to let my car look bad *wow* !! fantastic sentence !!
Also the light is a much better one, because, now I�m using H7 lamps instead of H1 lamps.
Inside my car, also some mods have been made. The car-radio is one from kenwood. For the needed power, two seperate amps are doing their job very well. They�re boosting a double crunch woofer, and two infinity kappas in the rear and two canton tweeters and two magnat mids in the front.
I�m very happy with that configuration, it sounds fantastic.
