An organization in Shinra, the Turks scout for candidates for SOLDIER and are also into 'dirty' activities such as murder. Technically the Administrative Research branch of the Shinra Manufacturing Department, the Turks answer only to Rufus, who uses them for his own sinister ends.
- Tseng
Tseng is the official leader of the Turks and has the respect of the group. He's also trusted by the Shinra Corporation and is often assigned the most important missions, such as protecting President Shinra. He has a certain interest in Aeris.
- Elena
Competent, capable and an efficient fighter, Elena is usually in the company of Rude and Reno.
- Rude
A sniper who hits the bottle, Rude's specialty is assassinations. Very loyal to the other members of the Turks and Shinra.
- Reno
An incurable romantic with a certain style, Reno falls easily in and out of love, but can be counted on to get the more serious jobs done.
