I have a twin brother who goes by the alias of Sephiroth 9611. We share an apartment. Its nice. I have a BA in Political Science. I don't have a girlfriend or any significant friends beyond my close family. I spend most of my time at my computer these days. I'm currently reading Sharpe's Prey.
As for SOLDIER officer 81, he appeared on the 5th of October 2000. As you can see, SOLDIER, under the alias of obuchi_99 has his own webpages, but SOLDIER's loyalties lie with a little website called the Final Fantasy VII Citadel and its messageboard. SOLDIER was moderator of the RP at the Citadel MB.
