Games will consist of two 25-minute/running time halves; 5 minutes between halves and games.

ONLY 7 PLAYERS ON THE FIELD AT ANY TIME: goalie plus 6 field players (including a maximum of three (3) long-sticks).

Each player needs to have required equipment including mouth guard, cleats, sticks, and goalie equipment.

Any player ejected from a game will not be able to participate in the next game

Games start on the hour beginning at 8 am.

All games will start and stop on a single horn.

Any team not on the field ready to play within 5 minutes after the start of game will forfeit the game.

Each team is allowed 2 time-outs per game (1 each half). However, during the remaining 5 minutes of the second half, only the down team may call a time-out.

Overtime – one 1-minute period Sudden Victory; then Brave Heart.

Face-off to start game and 2nd half.

After goals, the keeper will get possession and start on official’s whistle – keeper will be entitled to protection of crease if attack rides hard after goal.

When there is a 5-goal margin, the team losing will be awarded the ball at midline after the leading team scores.

NO HORNS. All substitution: on-the-fly, even after scores

PENALTIES: Standard Rules plus in the playoff round the NCAA-STYLE 10-second count rule will apply.
