Registration will open, Wednesday, September 5, 2001 and
close on Saturday, October 20, 2001.

Space is limited to 12 boys and 12 girls teams, so register early.

Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If we cannot fill the brackets, registered teams will be allowed to enter a 2nd team.

Each team must fill out a registration form, which includes a medical release and a team roster.
Rosters must include the Point of Contact (POC) for the team.

All tournament fees, rosters, and medical release forms are due at the time of registration.

After registration closes, all teams will be sent a package containing the rules and brackets.
It is the responsibility of the team POC to notify his or her team of game times.
