. Louisbourg; June 2006 -- In June of 2006 I took a Historical Archaeology class; half of it based on a dig at the fortress of Louisbourg here in Cape Breton. We were excavating what was thought to be one of many lime kilns, but when we got out there we found a lot more than we bargained for! =)

. Highland Village, Iona; October 20th, 2006 -- A 'field trip' to the Highland Village for my Modern Scottish Highlands history class.

. Random Adventure with Meaghan; October 2006 -- a 'short drive' that ended up with my sister and I getting lost on our own island and finding a place we've never even heard of. ("Gillis Lake? What the hell is that??")
