At long last I posted a new part of One Is Enough - this is going to end up being part 6 (but I finished it before a few of the preceding installments!), and it's called Hearts of Fire. Enjoy!
Where have I been? I have no idea. All I know is that I've finally added Chapter 6 of Transposition -- Tangled Wiring. It's not very long (please don't hit me! =P ), but I wanted to add it because it might be a(nother) while before Chapter 7 while I try and finish up my novella. Hopefully THAT will be worth the wait! So...sorry it's taking so long and here's hoping you enjoy this chapter!

Today I've finally added the next part of my Little Jack series, part 4, entitled To Arise. My apologies for taking so long, but hey, better late than never, right?

I've been hit by the photography bug and, hoping to get a new camera for Christmas, I decided to put in a little 'Photos' section where I'll (hopefully) have more little Cape Breton-ish pictures to put up for my own...and maybe others', if you're interested...enjoyment. The first ones I have up are the pictures I have from my archaeology class this past June.
I also had to take down the Tagboard because it was completely screwed up; I may put it back if I figure out how to fix it, but if not I'll just do without it.
I have quite a few stories in the works at the moment, though I'm jumping back and forth as ideas and inspiration hit, so nothing's really close to being ready for posting. Midterms are all through last week and this week, so hopefully once they're over and done with I can focus a bit more and actually have something new added.
Speaking of adding, I started a new LiveJournal account, sunndach_alanna that will be another means of announcing new stories I have up. I'll add anyone who asks, so if you want to, feel free! =)
I was thinking over the past week or so about what I can do to commemorate my 20th birthday fandom-wise. I really wanted to treat myself to Biblio's new story that she's sending the URL for to people who donate to the Save Stargate SG-1 campaign--but not having a VISA or other credit card of my own and being the middle child of two relatively paranoid parents, that wasn't an option. =/ So, I decided to give YOU folks a couple of fics that I've been working to finish for some time now.
It's my birthday tomorrow, and I have to work, so I'm going to post my 'gift' to you guys tonight. I finally finished the monstrosity of a novella I've been picking at for nearly a year, 'Apostasy'. It was going to be only three parts, but I split part three into two because I couldn't think of any interesting way to connect to parts of the story, and it all seemed rushed if it's read as one...bit. (did that make sense? =P) Anyway, you can find the links to the stories on the Apostasy main page.
Also, I added Part 3 of Transposition--'Under the Wire'! I hope you enjoy it! =)
I added the first of the two chapters that will make up Part 3 of 'One Is Enough' -- Wolftrap and Fireflies. Hope you enjoy it; you'll see some familiar aspects of a certain season 7 episode, but I've changed most of it. =P
In celebration of September (well, not really; I was just bored) I put together yet another new Jack and Daniel layout! =) I love this little scene from 'Between Two Fires', and just had to make something...my icons are being difficult, so I went all out and did a layout instead. The blues, etc of the last one were starting to get old, so I wanted something a little different. =)

Today I added the first two parts of a novella I've been writing for months now, 'Apostasy'. It's the longest thing I've written so far, and after a long, LONG time of retooling what I have done, I've finally decided there's nothing more I can do for the first two parts, and decided to put them up so I could concentrate on part 3. Also, I added part 2 of One Is Enough; this time it's 'There's a Second First Time...', and depicts Daniel's first day of 'real' school. =P
I finished revising/editing Parts 4, 5 and 6 of 'Rebirth'! =)
