Northland Truck Services of Dargaville constructed 11 coach chassis between 1984 and 1986. Demac, also located in Dargaville produced the body work on all these coaches.
Modified Ford D Chassis NTS001 and NTS002 are Ford D1618 chassis with C50F bodies. NTS003 is a Ford D500 chassis with a C29F body.

A two axle coach. The engine initially fitted was a mid-mounted 210hp Caterpillar operating through an Allison automatic gearbox. The C51F body was by Demac, another Dargaville company. It now has a Conquest front installed some time prior to 2001.

The other four chassis were built as three axle coaches with mid mounted Detroit Diesel engines. On NTS004 and NTS006 the drive is through the rearmost axle while the other two drive through the foremost of the two rearaxles. All had mid-mounted engines and were bodied by Demac, another Dargaville company. NTS006 has a C49F body and is now engineless at Transbay in Whakatane. The others are believed to be C51F
Nalla Holdings Ltd is the company that operated the Horizons Holidays fleet. It is a John Allan company.
John Allan later acquired Madge Motors of Palmerston North and Transbay Coaches of Whakatane.

The following bus is registered as a Ford R1114 but does not have a Ford Chassis Number. The coach was stationed
in Timaru? in December 2004. The bus was originally numbered 87 but later renumbered. The body is by Demac and the
conversion may have been by them.
