Comments - "Played audience in at school show. Dressed up as ALANIS,
Lew as AXEL ROSE, and joss as
erm, a bum? Worst crowed ever but I enjoyed laughing at
them, despite my vain attempts to liven them up."

Comments - "We were looking forward to this gig as we were allowed to play
"as long as we want" but we had worries about who would come, seen as it was out
of everyones way. We had a great turnout in the end but had to cut the set down so
much that we ended up only playing 6 songs out of a planned 15! Despite a few upset fans
we managed to sell about 25 NYMPH E.Ps, which were first on sale at this gig."
Setlist - 'Intro', 'Panic Blaster', 'Breed', 'Looking Glass', 'Hold On',
'Satisfaction of Control'

Comments - "This was a very selfish gig, as we just wanted to have fun no
matter how bad we sounded. We had a crap P.A and used our own amps and CRAP SOUND! We
played a set of our own songs, except the inevitable BREED, but structured our set
purposefully wrong, starting with our ending songs, just to experiment. People danced and
fun was had by all."
Setlist - 'Reality', 'Satisfaction of Control', 'Hide Out', 'Adore', 'Bury Me',
'Hold On', 'Looking Glass', 'Panic Blaster/Breed'.

Comments - "Invited back to rock those hippies worlds! This
was funkier than the first time! We got to play twice with me having no voice left, and
were demanded to play an encore after the first set! The second consisted of a drunken
version of GAY BAR and jams including LUCY IN THE SKY WITH DIAMONDS. This was pressure
less and again, improved us as a band."
Setlist - 'Dr Who', 'Hide Out', 'Lucky', 'Panic Blaster', 'Adore', 'About
a Girl', 'Bury Me', 'Looking Glass', 'Hold On', 'Breed', 'Satisfaction of Control', 'Heart
Shaped Box', 'Reality'. Encore - 'Panic Blaster'.

Comments - "This was our fist gig with the much loved
IRONIC. Honestly cant really remember it though! We opened with Dr WHO,
which I think was a first. This gig began our stronger set structure. Shame I cant
remember what it was!"

Comments - "I can safely say this is our favourite gig. The crowd
reaction was unimaginable, which made us play 10 times better. I was on a high for at
least a week after, and I got my picture in the paper! We never won best band
but won best recording (HIDE OUT and PANIC BLASTER on the NYMPH E.P) so were
over the moon!"
Setlist - 'Panic Blaster', 'Breed'.

Comments - "Absolutely hilarious gig! Got trashed, then played,
starting with an attempt at SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT, which wed never even practised
before, let alone played at a gig! We probably sounded shite, but we had fun and played
for an hour, our longest at the time. We also ended up trashing our stage for the first
and last time."
Setlist - Everything we had, and more! As a matter of fact, we never even
made a set list; we just played what we could think of! Hardcore!

Comments - "We were proud of this gig as we played just one cover
out of a set of eight. However, some were new songs, and I can remember us stopping half
way through LOOKING GLASS! We still had a good time and the audience didnt notice
our mistakes, I dont think."

Comments - "This was a very frustrating occasion for me, as we had
to shorten 'Hide Out' and our new song 'Panic Blaster', which we hadnt
played before then, and we genuinely didnt think we would win the comp. 'Hide Out'
went ok but 'Panic Blaster' was awful. It was the first playing of the song and we were
all playing in different times and way too slow. However, we surprisingly won the comp by
1 point, some people saying it was a fix, but I dont care - we got to go to the
Barbican again!"
Setlist - 'Hide Out', 'Panic Blaster'. |
