sound samples for Raine are up now, and the album is nearing completion quickly. all other projects mentioned on the albums page are in the works, and we're pretty busy here. also, the forum is back up - sort of. we have recently set up a forum at bravenet.com, but have yet to get it fully operational. sorry. we'll keep workin on it. also - a new page is up with just mp3s, organized by artist. you can access it from the fan page. check back soon for the coming completion of Raine, Waffle, and Orange Bubble loaf.

as you can probably see, the website has been re-done. that's right - version 3.0 of SGR home is up. - exciting huh? beyond that a few things are new. Quality Control' "Orange bubble loaf" is nearing completion with only the liner notes to be finished. In Flight Movie's new album "original motion picture soundtrack" (an album of movie style music) is in the same situation. Quality Control's Desolation is done, and will soon be available to buy. Carlos' untitled album is one track away from completion, and Raine is still being finalized and assembled (by assembled we mean, that the tracks are being weaved between one another with samples and soforth). Also, Phonhead's Spiral Galaxy Records Debut "Acramatic 2000" is very near completion and will be available soon. In other news - Andrew Hayes has officially joined our ranks as a solo artist. his artist page will be up soon, keep checking the artists page. and just a reminder, the metal band carlos has recorded with, -SILENCE-, has it's album available, for info go

Well, another month has gone by....outrageous. at anyrate, here's the news: Desolation is available for order now, as is Carlos' Untitled album. matt's new Single "Vouyerism" is on it's way, the second food EP has been begun, and Carlos' Metal album, has entered the recording stages. we are rapidly approaching the official "opening" of Spiral Galaxy Records, be on the look out for flyers, free promo cd's, and cd's at other record stores, including Twist and Shout, and Black and Read. Wow - 2 months and not much to talk about. there is some news but we'll get to that in a couple days when it all gets "official." for now - anybody interested can check out an internet radio show that features Spiral Galaxy Records artists. you can listen from 4 to 6 on tuesdays at:

So....... we were absent for a bit. BUT: now we're back, and we have samplers in tow.
And they're free too - be looking for them at your local reocrd stores...in Denver soon. There's lots of new stuff for you to check out. Orange Bubble loaf is finally out of the rhetorical "oven." And it's nothing but orange and bubbly. In Flight Movie made a movie soundtrack... how witty. it's some pretty cool experimental Psychedelia, check it out won't you? Carlos Esparza's Fake Plastic EP is now done as well. it features Piano, Noise, and "archival" recordings from years past. SGR's Sandwich EP is in the works, with 8 minutes done so far, but hold the mayo, cuz Qualtiy Control has a new EP in the works as Well.more info coming on that soon.In Flight movie has started working on a new LP, and it is expected to be finished sometime in january or February. Version 4.0 of the website here has begun, expect in the coming months. Also - we are about to begin a massive promotional undertaking....but Relax, it's later than you think.

well, as usual lots is happening, but none of it quickly. we have a new artist!!! FOOL> go check out the artists page for more information, we're all very excited his joining us. and upon his doing so, i've noticed a trend: Three of the five artists on SGR go to the same college. weird. umm, so yeah. the usual stuff - new records happening... lots of plans, and we chall soon be producing all of our packaging ourselves, making the problem of our getting the product to you alot simpler. those of you that care that is. oh - and version 4.0 is on it's merry way. this time with flash 'aplenty. not only that but 4.0 may herald the first ever real web site... that's right an actual dot com! no more goecities popups, and othe whatnot for us. maybe. keep checkin in.
