| Description: | The Quinta has been farmed on until 2003 when the current owners decided to repatriate. The Quinta is formed of several terraces boarded with small water loops. It has many different fruit trees. Most appealing is the marvelous view the Quinta offers over the valley it is part of. The house consists a large living, a dinner, a sit corner and a bedroom. A building permit to recover the ruin should be no problem. The Quinta has electricity and it's own water mines producing drinking water. Beside the house is a small building containing the bathroom with shower, toilet and room for a washing machine. The Quinta is positioned about 1,5 hour to the top of the Serra de Estrella ( 2000 mtr ) with it's winter sport resort and about 1 hour from Figuera da Foz, called the Monaco of Portugal with it's great beaches. Especially in February and march a ski tour in the morning and a swim in the ocean in the afternoon are not impossible. |
