Online Publications

We are very fortunate that, here in NY State, we have a number of prominent legal publications. These publications are recognized across the country; but, the cases that they report are often of special significance here in New York. One of the premier publications is the New York Law Journal. You can click the link to their online version.

Professional Articles

Here is a link to a recently-sent article by a well-known expert in child psychology. This article is entitled Child Visitation Interference in Divorce, and it can be very helpful in supporting your situation as a document submitted with some of your papers. (check local court rules on when such evidence may or may not be able to be submitted)

The man that is credited with developing the term "Parental Alienation Syndrome" is Dr. Richard Gardner. Rather than post his articles here, we've simply included a link to the Gardner Web site.

While this article is not from Dr. Gardner, it is an excellent presentation of what happens when children are actively subjected to misinformation.

It is unfortunate, but giving children misinformation is so commonplace that there is a special Web site devoted to the topic of False Allegations.

Newspaper Articles

Most of us still believe that marriage should be a permanent institution. Having been through a divorce, however, it becomes easier to understand how and why people would develop Post-Nuptual Agreements.

The subject of this article is a member of another regional chapter of the Fathers' Rights Association of New York State (FRANYS). He fought long and hard, and finally proved that he was right. The topic of this article is something that should be required reading for police and judges.
