2.

2.  How do I get in?
Once you have decided what you want to do you can go and ask if it would be
possible for you to work at that particular place. Explain what you need to do
and why.
You and your Captain/Officer will need to collect certain information BEFORE you start. (See question number 4)
Once you
start remember to keep your Diary Sheet up to date and to get it signed etc.

3.

3. Can I change to something else?
No problem changing. Just make sure you give a reason to the people
concerned ( courtesy ) and make sure your records are up to date, signed
and any comments ( a short report from them ) are added and don't forget to
let your Captain know, with a reason why you have stopped that particular
line of service.
Then when you have sorted out what you are going to do and where, carry
on again.
NEW FORMS WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED

4. Health & Safety / Insurance Notes
Before you start on any Community Work you should speak to your Officer in Charge. He / She will need certain information gathering from the people you intend to do the work for.
You or your Company Officer must have or download the Health & safety forms to be found on the Download page of this site.
Once you have them they MUST be completed BEFORE you start your Community work.
