Okay what you do is this... When you go to snag a shadow pokemon have your first pokemon use masterball. With your second pokemon switch the item masterball with any other item. And you use masterball catch it and don't lose the masterball!.

Make Color Change not change even when you attack (only works before you haven't purified all of the shadow pokemon)
Its simple. Use Shadow Rush on a Kecleon.
