Jocelyn walked towards the door and started searching for her key.
�Jocie, call me if you need someone to be with you.� Justin said.
Jocelyn nodded her head without even looked at him and continued looking for her keys.
�Shit, where is my key?� She thought angrily.
�JOCIE,� Justin shouted and Jocelyn turned back, �Your key. You dropped it in my car.� He walked towards Jocelyn and gave the key to her.
�Thanks.� Jocelyn grabbed the key and turned back. She opened the door, �Bye.� She said and closed the door before Justin said anything.
Jocelyn took off her jacket and threw it on her bed. Suddenly she felt dizzying, �I need some rest.� She thought. Jocelyn had one of her worst night the night before. She was in her bed by 12am but no matter how tired she was, she just couldn�t sleep. Her whole mind was thinking about Lance. She knew Lance was hiding something from her, but she just couldn�t figure what it was.
�I really need some sleep.� Jocelyn said to herself and tried forcing herself to think about nothing but sleep.
Just when Jocelyn was sleeping soundly, the phone rang. Jocelyn woke up from her sleep. It was her cell phone.
�Hello.� She replied sleepily.
�It�s me.� A deep male voice replied back.
�LANCE.� Jocelyn suddenly woke up from her sleep.
�I need to talk to you.� Lance said.
�Okay.� She replied

�Not over the phone. I�ll fetch you in 30 minutes, is that ok?� Lance asked.
�No problem.� Jocelyn replied back.
�So I see you later.�
�Yeah, see ya.� Jocelyn smiled and hang up her phone.
�OKAY, EVERYTHING IS GONNA BE ALRIGHT, LANCE IS GOING TO TELL ME HIS PROBLEM.� Jocelyn screamed.
�What am I going to wear?� She thought, �Oh come on, why am I acting in this way, this isn�t our first date.� Jocelyn wondered.
She didn�t know why she reacted in this way, but she was definitely happy. She didn�t want Lance to be unhappy and although she wasn�t sure what the problem was but she knew that she would always be by his side.
Jocelyn started digging through her dresser trying to get something nice to wear. After some time, she decided on a pair of blue jean, a white tank top and a pink jacket. She walked toward her dressing table and started brushing her long silky hair. �Too messy.� She thought and decided to tie up her beautiful hair.
She heard a car horn, it was Lance.
She walked towards the mirror and looked at herself again, �Great.� She smiled and grabbed her bag.
Running outside, she saw Lance. She smiled at him and he smiled back weakly.
He opened the door for her, �Thanks.� She said.
When he was in the car, Jocelyn looked at him and asked, �Where are we going?�
To the beach. It�s more quiet there.� He answered back.
�Ok.� She replied and looked at Lance.
Lance was quiet throughout the entire journey and Jocelyn could sense that. For the very first time, Jocelyn felt uneasy and scared. She had no idea what was the problem and started to get more and more worried.
When they reached the beach, Lance opened the door and started walking towards the sea and Jocelyn followed her.
After some silent moment, Lance finally gathered the courage and he turned back. �Jocie.� He said.
�Yeah.� Jocelyn said and forced out a smile. She knew that it was serious but she didn�t want him to know that she was scared.
�I�m sorry about this, but I think we should go our separate way.�
Jocelyn looked at him in shock. �I am sorry, I�m really sorry.� Lance kept apologizing.
�Why?� Jocelyn asked and tried to control her emotional.
�Because, Laura is back.�
�Laura. Laura Hope?� Jocelyn asked.
�Yup.�
�Love is blind.� That was what Lance could answer. �Yeah.� Jocelyn paused, �Love is blind.� She nodded her head and turned away.
Before Jocelyn walked away, she turned back and asked Lance, �Have you ever loved me?�
Lance looked at her and couldn�t answer. Jocelyn knew the answer and she turned back. Tears started pouring down from her face.
