The Mr. and Mrs. NSBE contest

Who want's to go down in Howard NSBE history as the first ever Mr. and Miss NSBE?? 

This is a fundraising to help with funding towards the National Convention.  Candidates can pick up their pledge sheets in the NSBE office or at the last NSBE meeting and ask for donations now and over the Thanksgiving break.  The person who raises the most money, is crowned Mr. and Miss NSBE.  Pledge Sheets are due in the NSBE office box no later than December 3, 2002 by 5:00 p.m.

Leadership Development Initiative (LDI)

Members who want to hold an executive NSBE position at any level are encouraged to participate in LDI.  Some sponsorship to the 2003 NSBE National Convention in Anaheim, CA is an incentive to encourage members to participate in this program.

Freshman Mentorship Program

This program is designed to facilitate freshman during their transition to college life in order to promote academic excellence.
Black Engineers Round Table Discussions (B.E.R.T.)

Become inspired and educated by professional black engineers who open important discussion that are beneficial to the black college student.

These workshops are designed to help students succeed professionally.
