Why should we offer you this job?

• I believe I have the qualifications and qualities that you are looking for in a potential employee.  I also believe that although I do not have the IT experience, I do have developed many of the skills you require through other work experiences as well as classes and self-taught education.

What are your strengths?

• My ability to get work done in a timely manner allowing extra time to troubleshoot and double check for errors.  I also believe my skills at analyzing current situations that seem less efficient and planning ways to improve those situations.  These skills combine to give me a unique ability to solve problems and then implement the solutions.

What is your greatest weakness?

• I can sometimes become focused on assuring the project is absolutely perfect that the time I would like to allow for troubleshooting gets cut short or diminishes altogether.  This is not to say that I am a slow worker, just I consistently go back to add or delete aspects of the project or task so it is perfect which can take up more time than I would like.

What are you looking for in a position?

• I am looking for a position where my technical and analytical skills can be applied to improve efficiency while saving time and money for the company.  I would like to contribute to the overall growth of the company while helping create some advancement opportunities for myself.

Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

• I see myself as a project manager or project lead for this company where I can apply my skills to manage a team.  I enjoy the technical side of projects but would like to combine this with managing the team dealing with the technical.
