-=GENESTEALER CULT=-

The Genestealer Patriarch on throne is one of my favorite miniatures ever. This guy is the leader of my Genestealer Cult, The Warp Scourges. I got him off eBay minus his throne so I had to custom make one out of balsa wood and cereal card. He has turned out quite nicely and in future I plan to add a little more detail to his throne in the form of trophies and other gruesome odds and ends!

Second in command of The Warp Scourges is this Genestealer Magnus. He is not a GW figure but is instead a Reaper Miniature known as an Undead Bathalian (what ever that means). A little Green Stuff was used to sculpt a set of goggles on him as well as some breathing tubes that make use of the models tentacle things that form its mouth. I think he came out well and looks suitably evil.

This is one of The Warp Scourges command squads. I got a heap of Steel Legion Imperial Guard in an eBay auction and they originally formed a part of an Inquisitors Army. Looks like the Inquisitor made a wrong turn somewhere because all his men are part of a Genestealer Cult now Huhahahahahaah! I didnt really have to do too much to these guys as they came with a passable paint job so all I did was just neatened it up and change a few of the colours. Oh and I painted over their Inquisitorial icons as they will not be needing them where they are going! he he he take that you stinky Imperial weaklings!

Here is one of three, 10-man Brood Brother Steal Legion squads I have. The only differences with the other two are their special weapons. One has a plasma gun and the other has a flamer. See the above command squad entry for the story behind these guys.

Here is a pretty stock standard Leman Russ Battle Tank that takes up one of the heavy support slots in my Genestealer Cult.

Standard Chimera. Nothing much to say about it really.
-=TYRANIDS=-

This is a mighty 2nd Ed Hive Tyrant and the commander of my Tyranid Army, Hive Fleet Vandal. I managed to pick the model up for $10. It was in a bit of an untidy state but with a new base and a lick of paint it has come good and I am rather proud of it.
-=TERRAIN=-

Here is one piece from a set of alien plant life I put together in a fevered terrain making frenzy I went on a while back. Very simple to make, the body of the tree is simply twisted wire coated in hot glue whilst the base is a CD I had lying around the place flocked with tea.

Another weird alien plant

And another

And another

Here is a toxic waste tank that has ruptured spilling its contents all over the place.

Some GW plastic ammo crates based with desert plants.

Simple and cheap balsa wood ruins with graffiti and posters all over them.

An evil chaos alter that consists of a pewter gargoyle statue and a painted alter from the Heroquest board game.

An Ork escape pod that has crashed into the surface of a planet! I plan to use this as a mission objective in a few themed story games some time soon.
