-For a clear cut, always apply rubbing alcohol to skin before you make the incision
-Always cut with a new or sterilized scalpel or razor blade.
-Always go against the skin grain, and make an X for better blood flow
-I would recommend staying away from using needles if you do not know how to properly use them.

Bengay. It says it increases blood flow when put on contact with skin. I tried this with a donor, and it did help with the blood flow. Of course just make sure
to wipe the product off of skin after it starts to work, so you won't taste it.
