Leisure Lake Family Campground, Sumner, Michigan: This campground is 57 miles north of Lansing. The campground is on a lake with lakefront sites and fishing. Eight people per site but they charge extra for more than 4 people. There is a lot of activites for everyone.
Lakeside Resort Campground, Ionia, Michigan: This campground is 25 miles NW of Lansing. They have lakefront camping and activities for the kids.
Irish Hills Resort Kampground, Cement City, Michigan: This campground is a few miles west of MIS. The rates are pretty good and all the activites are included in the campsite fee. They are rowboats, paddle boats, mini golf, hay ride, and a train ride on Saturdays.
