Quick Pick-Me-Up Carrot-Apple Salad

    • 3 cups shredded carrot
    • 1 cup grated apples
    • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (plain, vanilla or pineapple)
    • 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, lightly drained
    • 1/2 cup raisins



     
    1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss until blended and coated.


    2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
