Quick Pick-Me-Up Carrot-Apple Salad submitted by ansondale
- 3 cups shredded carrot
- 1 cup grated apples
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (plain, vanilla or pineapple)
- 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, lightly drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss until blended and coated.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
